What we collect

When you contact us — by email, through a form on this site, or by subscribing to updates — we collect the details you give us: your name, practice or organisation, email address, and the content of your message.

This website does not run accounts, ordering or payment processing, and we do not collect sensitive health information through the site.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, supply requested documentation (such as Product Information or Safety Data Sheets), process product enquiries, and — where you have opted in — send product updates and compliance notes.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to fulfil your request (for example, our principal Alpro Medical for a technical question) or by law.

Storage and security

Enquiry emails are held in our business email system with access limited to Biodegree staff. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores your cookie preference in your browser (localStorage) and remembers chat history only within your session. See our Cookie notice for details.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from updates at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
