MORE COVERAGE. FEWER WIPES. BETTER VALUE.
Soft cotton-touch material. Generous jumbo dimensions. High liquid absorption. Validated alcohol-free cleaning and disinfection.
Why settle for small, rough wipes that dry out too quickly or need frequent replacement?
PlastiSept eco Jumbo Wipes combine an exceptionally soft, cotton-touch wiping experience with high liquid absorption and validated alcohol-free cleaning and disinfection.
Their generous 21 × 26 cm format and 50 g/m² absorbent wipe material are designed to support efficient wiping across compatible dental equipment, sensitive upholstery and other medical-device surfaces.
The result is a premium wipe that feels softer in the hand, offers generous working area and may reduce the number of wipes needed for routine surface treatment — while maintaining the required disinfectant contact time.

KEY FACTS — Why practices choose PlastiSept eco JumboWipes
1. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING + DISINFECTION — ONE WIPE, TWO FUNCTIONS
PlastiSept eco combines cleaning action with antimicrobial disinfection in one ready-to-use wipe. Its formulation is designed for compatible medical-device surfaces, not simply general-purpose environmental cleaning.
THE BENEFIT: A streamlined surface hygiene procedure, with fewer separate products where the validated instructions permit combined cleaning and disinfection.
2. TESTED ANTIMICROBIAL EFFICACY — NOT JUST A CLEAN-LOOKING SURFACE
The manufacturer's JumboWipes 50 information documents bactericidal, yeasticidal, tuberculocidal and enveloped-virus activity in five minutes under specified test conditions, including EN 13727, EN 13624, EN 14348, EN 16615, EN 14476 and EN 16777.
THE BENEFIT: A defined, tested antimicrobial spectrum with clear contact-time requirements, rather than relying on appearance or fragrance as an indication of hygiene.
3. NO ALCOHOL. NO QACs. NO ALDEHYDES. NO PHENOLS.
Based on secondary and tertiary alkylamines, PlastiSept eco provides an alternative to common alcohol- or QAC-based disinfectant formulations.
THE BENEFIT: Effective hygiene with chemistry selected for compatibility with sensitive medical-device surfaces.
4. PROTECT SENSITIVE DENTAL EQUIPMENT — NOT JUST THE PATIENT ENVIRONMENT
Suitable for specified compatible surfaces such as dental-chair upholstery, headrests, acrylic glass, treatment units, suspension tables and X-ray equipment. Alcohol-free chemistry avoids exposing susceptible materials to alcohol-related stress.
THE BENEFIT: Support long-term equipment care and reduce unnecessary chemical exposure to delicate surfaces.
5. EFFECTIVE CLEANING THROUGH MICROPORE TECHNOLOGY
The manufacturer describes micropore technology as a feature supporting the wipe's cleaning performance, with effective dispensing of the active solution.
THE BENEFIT: The wiping material contributes to physical soil removal while distributing the cleaning and disinfecting solution.
6. PREMIUM COTTON TOUCH — EXCEPTIONALLY SOFT, STRONG AND TEAR-RESISTANT
The 50 g/m² nonwoven material combines Cotton Touch softness with a robust wiping structure.
THE BENEFIT: Comfortable handling and practical durability during daily cleaning of compatible equipment.
7. JUMBO FORMAT — GENEROUS WORKING AREA
Each wipe measures 21 × 26 cm, providing 546 cm² of physical sheet area. The generous dimensions are intended for efficient wiping of larger surfaces.
THE BENEFIT: Potentially fewer wipe changes during appropriate routine tasks, subject to adequate wetting and infection-control requirements.
8. HIGH ABSORPTION AND CONTROLLED SOLUTION DISTRIBUTION
The premium nonwoven material is designed to hold and dispense the PlastiSept eco solution effectively.
THE BENEFIT: Practical surface wetting and solution distribution, without suggesting that a single wipe can disinfect an unlimited area.
9. READY TO USE — SIMPLER DAILY HYGIENE
Pre-saturated wipes eliminate the need for staff to dilute or manually prepare a disinfectant solution.
THE BENEFIT: Convenient handling and easier standardisation of routine surface hygiene, while respecting required contact times.
10. REMANENCE EFFECT — AN ADDITIONAL FORMULATION BENEFIT
The Australian PlastiSept eco summary describes residual antimicrobial activity that may inhibit microbial recontamination after treatment.
THE BENEFIT: A potential additional benefit beyond the initial disinfection event. It does not replace scheduled disinfection.
11. REFILLABLE SYSTEM — PRACTICAL AND ECONOMICAL
Available as a starter set with two dispenser tubs and two 70-wipe refill bags, or cartons of twelve 70-wipe refills.
THE BENEFIT: Straightforward replenishment, less need to purchase new rigid dispenser tubs, and predictable stock management.
12. PREMIUM PERFORMANCE WITH A FOCUS ON COST PER TASK
Cotton Touch material, micropore cleaning technology, solution delivery and generous sheet dimensions work together to support efficient wiping.
THE BENEFIT: Potentially attractive cost per completed cleaning-and-disinfection task.

Efficient coverage, simple routine
2 JUMBO WIPES. ONE DENTAL CHAIR.
For routine cleaning and disinfection, approximately 2 PlastiSept eco Jumbo Wipes will normally be sufficient to treat the accessible surfaces of a dental chair, depending on chair design, surface area and contamination.
THE BENEFIT: Efficient wipe consumption, less unnecessary waste and a practical, repeatable hygiene routine between patients.
How to use
How to use — Clean systematically. Protect against cross-contamination.
TOP TO BOTTOM. CLEAN TO DIRTY.
A consistent routine for cleaning and disinfecting compatible dental-chair surfaces.
- 1.
Start at the top.
Begin with the upper, less-contaminated surfaces, following the chair manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
- 2.
Work from cleaner to dirtier areas.
Progress systematically towards frequently touched or more contaminated surfaces, such as controls, armrests and lower chair sections.
- 3.
Use overlapping, one-directional strokes.
Wipe methodically to avoid missing areas and spreading contamination back onto already cleaned surfaces.
- 4.
Change wipes when necessary.
Use a fresh wipe when the previous one becomes dry, visibly soiled or when moving between areas where reuse could cause cross-contamination.
- 5.
Respect the contact time.
Ensure every treated surface remains sufficiently wet for the full disinfection time stated in the current PlastiSept eco JumboWipes instructions.
THE GOLDEN RULE: CLEAN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, FROM CLEANER TO DIRTIER — NEVER BRING CONTAMINATION BACK.
This sequence is consistent with published healthcare cleaning guidance, including Queensland Health and CDC recommendations.
WEEKLY EQUIPMENT CARE — PlastiSept eco Jumbo Wipes
FIVE MINUTES ON FRIDAY. BETTER EQUIPMENT CARE ALL WEEK.
REMOVE THE BUILD-UP. PRESERVE THE FINISH. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.
Even with regular daily cleaning, small amounts of detergent residue, oils, cosmetic products and other deposits may gradually accumulate on dental-chair upholstery and equipment surfaces.
We recommend a thorough supplementary wipe-down at least once per week, preferably on Friday evening after the last patient, when the dental chair is no longer in use.
THE FRIDAY END OF DAY CLEANING ROUTINE
- 1.
PREPARE A GENTLE CLEANING SOLUTION
Use warm, not hot, water with a small drop of mild dishwashing detergent, provided this is permitted by the dental-chair and surface manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
- 2.
USE A SOFT MICROFIBRE CLOTH
Lightly dampen a clean, soft microfibre cloth. Avoid soaking the material or allowing liquid to enter seams, switches or electrical components.
- 3.
WIPE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM — CLEANER TO DIRTIER
Systematically clean compatible upholstery, headrests, armrests and accessible equipment surfaces to help remove accumulated residues, oils and surface deposits.
- 4.
REMOVE ANY REMAINING DETERGENT FILM
Where permitted, wipe again with a separate cloth lightly dampened with clean water to remove loosened residues and detergent traces.
- 5.
DRY AND INSPECT
Finish with a clean, soft cloth and allow surfaces to dry. Inspect upholstery, seams and frequently touched areas for visible deposits, staining or signs of material deterioration.
THE GOLDEN RULE: DAILY CLEANING REMOVES CONTAMINATION. WEEKLY CARE HELPS PREVENT RESIDUE BUILD-UP.
